It’s refreshing to learn a new spin on old favorites. So all the avid drinkers of water will appreciate the “add lemon to your water” technique and for those who aren’t a fan of drinking water adding a lemon can make drinking water more pleasant and refreshing.

Lemons are packed with nutrients like Vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, calcium,potassium,iron and the list goes on! And just adding lemon juice would do half the trick but can damage your enamel of your teeth so in the long run it will do more harm than good.
